The shipping fee is $29 USD for all orders under 500 grams to the USA, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use DHL or FedEx for shipping to the USA, Canada, and Australia, and DHL for Europe and the UK.
Where do you ship from?
All of our hair is mainly collected from European countries. Our factory is located in Qingdao, China.
Do you charge tax on orders?
We do not charge any tax on all orders.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new condition.
